A roof that lets light in and makes power.
A 40 × 20 ft curved V-LITE® canopy at 15 ft, carrying a photovoltaic array on its crown. Orbit it a full 360°, stand underneath, move the sun from sunrise to sunset and watch the light direction shift, and change the sheet tint to see how much daylight still reaches the floor.
A canopy that earns twice.
The panels sit on the crown and the sheet carries on either side, so the floor keeps its daylight instead of going dark under a solid deck.
The same arch carries the roof and the array. No second frame, no second set of footings.
A barrel vault drains without ponding and takes wind more evenly than a flat deck, which matters once panels add area to the roof.
Change the tint and watch what reaches the floor. Clear for maximum daylight, milky to diffuse it, bronze or grey where heat matters more.
Send us the span and the array size.
We supply the sheet and the structure drawing; your solar contractor sizes the array. Tell us the footprint, the crown height and the panel count you are planning.
