Standard production runs from 10 to 20 mm for multiwall, and the wider V-LITE range covers 0.8 to 20 mm. The right thickness depends on purlin spacing, wind load and whether the roof is flat, sloped or curved — load-span calculations are provided before the order.
What is the delivery time?
Standard dispatch is within 10 to 15 days of order confirmation. Stock items in common thicknesses and colours can move sooner.
What colors are available?
Clear, bronze, blue, green and white are standard. Other tints are produced to order. The tint changes light and heat transmission but not the geometry or the warranty.
Does the sheet have UV protection?
Yes. The UV layer is co-extruded — fused into the outer skin as the sheet is formed, not sprayed or laminated on afterwards, so it cannot abrade, peel or wash off. The protected face is marked on the film.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1000 m² per colour per thickness for a production run. Smaller quantities are supplied from available stock.
What are the main applications?
Skylights, greenhouse and industrial roofing, commercial facades, swimming pool enclosures, parking canopies, walkways, bus shelters and safety glazing.
