01 · Multiwall Sheet

V-LITE® Polycarbonate Multiwall Sheet

Of everything in the range, the multiwall sheet is the one most people picture when they think of polycarbonate roofing. Its hollow, ribbed cross-section carries the higher impact strength and the better heat-insulation effect the category is known for, which is exactly why it turns up so often in construction — parking structures, walkway canopies, greenhouses and skylights among them. UV protection can be applied on one or both faces, and because the sheet is genuinely light, installation crews rarely need special lifting equipment to get it into place.

V-LITE® Polycarbonate Solid Compact Sheet

Where the multiwall sheet trades on insulation, the solid compact sheet trades on strength and clarity in a single dense layer — sometimes referred to in the trade simply as polycarbonate advs. It is built to withstand high temperature and ageing without losing its optical performance, and every batch is tested against a set of internal parameters before it ships, which is part of why it holds up so well in demanding outdoor signage and security applications.

03 · Embossed Sheet

V-LITE® Polycarbonate Embossed Sheet

The embossed sheet takes the same durability the range is built on and adds a textured, patterned surface to it — a finish that softens direct light rather than simply passing it through. That makes it a natural fit for construction and decorative work alike, and UV protection is available on one side or both, depending on whether the sheet will face outward or sit behind another layer.

Cast acrylic is a material worth understanding on its own terms rather than as a polycarbonate substitute: it weighs roughly half as much as the finest optical glass, yet matches it for clarity and offers up to seventeen times the impact resistance. Adinath Poly Plast's imported acrylic sheet is tested against the same rigorous parameters as the rest of the range before it reaches a customer, and colour, thickness and size can all be customised and manufactured to order.
