A college terrace, designed around shared learning.

The red-brick facade, vertical screens and planted inserts take their direction from the supplied building photographs. The existing 69 × 40 ft canopy keeps seven south-front posts at 11.5 ft centres, with a 14 ft front height and 12.6 ft rear height measured above the terrace.

Shared study tables, shaded seating, perimeter parapets, screened circulation towers and a north-side gutter complete the concept. Use the rooftop walkthrough to inspect the covered space and the full-building views to understand its placement.

Modelling assumptions: the supporting building is illustrative at 96 × 60 ft, with five 12 ft levels below the proposed fifth-floor terrace. The photographs do not establish these measurements. This is a design visualization, not a structural or construction drawing.
